  • We attend you upon your arrival and throughout your stay for whatever you need.
  • Periodic cleaning of the apartment. In stays of more than 7 days it is done weekly (included in the price).
  • In stays of less than 7 days it is done at the request of the client (with charge).
  • Change of sheets and towels. In stays of more than 7 days it is done weekly (included in the price). In stays of less than 7 days, it is carried out at the request of the client (with charge).
  • Reception and custody of luggage. If you make the Camino de Santiago, we offer the service of reception, custody and delivery of luggage. We collaborate with the majority of companies that are dedicated to the transport of luggage (Jacotrans, Camino Fácil, Nunca Caminareis Alone, Correos, Antzin Mochileros, etc. By the time you arrive, we will have taken care of your luggage and you will have it at your disposal.
  • Laundry service. If you need a professional laundry service, we will take care of it (with charge).
  • Tourist information and contracting of activities. We offer you tourist information about the area and we help you contract tourist activities.
  • Transportation: If you need transportation, we manage the service with different companies in the area.

Check-in time: After 2:00 p.m.
Check-out time: Before 11:00 a.m.
The check-in time must be confirmed by email or phone, in order to specify the delivery of the keys.

Each apartment has towels and bed linen, cutlery, crockery, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, as well as a series of basic necessities. It also has a TV and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

For stays of at least one week, we clean the apartment weekly and change sheets and towels free of charge.

In stays of less than a week we clean and change sheets and towels when required (with charge).

Children of all ages can stay.
Free! 1 child under 2 years old can stay free in a cot.

1 child over that age or adult can be accommodated in an extra bed paying the corresponding amount per person and night.
Maximum number of extra beds/cribs in the room: 1.

Extra beds and/or cots are available upon request and must be confirmed by APARTAMENTOS JURRAMENDI.

By making reservations through our website, we guarantee the best price. In a couple of minutes you will have made the reservation and received the confirmation. If you prefer, you can call us by phone or send us an e-mail.
Payment in advance is not required, but it is done when you enter the accommodation.

The credit card details are only used to confirm the reservation and charges will only be made if the cancellation conditions are not met.

If you cancel or modify the reservation up to 10 days before the arrival date, no charges will be made.
If you cancel or modify the reservation after the deadline, 100% of the first night will be charged.
If you do not no-show, 100% of the entire stay will be charged.

The JURRAMENDI LOS ARCOS APARTMENTS are located at C/ Mayor 69. You can unload your luggage at the door of the apartments, and we recommend parking in a parking lot located 100 meters away.
